Solved Is the Character creation disabled?

So like i Downloaded the game and updated the client
I can login and choose the server
But the issue is when I try to create a character nothing happens
I can make the design and stuff for the toon
but when i hit Character Creation nothing happens
Its its just there
I tried closing the game again and give it a go
Still nothing happens
Kinda looked around for the fix
Most which are outdated

So i was wondering are ya guys full or something
an answer would be appreciated

 

I would say try grabbing a preset and quickly get through the creation till the end. If it works this way then you are just taking too long and your connection times out.

 

If you can't click anything, try this..

Alt+Tab out of the game then click another icon on your desktop. Doesn't matter which.
Alt+Tab BACK into Aion and try clicking it again. Make sure you Alt Tab back in. DONT CLICK OFF THE OTHER ICON.

If you still can't click the button it may be an issue with your PC. I would try restarting it and launching again...

right now, im locking my account, log in, go to character creation, mess the face, the name, the body and stuffs, and right now im clicking create character and nothing happens, it doesnt disconnect nothing, just stays on the same page,
really? deleting wihout checking it
ofc thre might be other reasons for this problem, but this is not a false informasion. just trying to help sharing my experience

edit 2, unlock my account, make a new toon, done, new toon created

 

Ahh ok you see for paranoia reason i kept the account locked i didnt know that was the issue
