every time I vote there is this LUCK YOU GOT 1 ENCHANTMENT thing and every time I check if it is true .. there is no free enchantment
is that a joke or there is a step by step procedure ?

 

do you have EA any part that isn't equipped to you or Arb weapons or set that is not equipped? or BL ?

I said do you have any items that are not equipped to your character that is in your inventory

 

To see whether you have remaining tokens or none, Go to My characters, and Select one of your characters which has item that can be enchant using the Item enchantment on our website. Here's The Link for the stuffs you can enchant via web: HERE

• Note: You will have to log in first before you can see the items that are enchantable.

And before you enchant one of the item that is listed, please make sure that you have un-equipped it first from in-game.

Edit: For example, You have Arbiter weapon which is clean. You try to un-equipped it first, and follow the instructions above. After that, you will see before you click +1 Enchant thingy on the website if you have Free token or none. It is noted by FREE (if you have free token) and noted by CREDIT COST (if you don't have any tokens.)
