    It happen many times though.
    The problem is
    1. There are not only just you who lost kinah, there are many others. So take example, 100player lost kinah, but only 1 staff to work on it = that would be massive.
    2. The gm/admin need solid proof even they can track or whatever.
    3. Lack of staffs to work on it.
