Something is popping up

So this is the problem my friend got a problem but kessie already helped me last few days but then its fine
another problem was happen again my friend can log in but something's popping up on his screen
do you think the problem is with his connection what do you think i hope some can help me

that is the client crashing, happens sometimes. has happened to me few times as well

 

Actually not me my friend he has no forum account so i did help him so i can play too

Wrong section.
The screenshot shows the player in question sendlog. If it happens to him always when he does a specific thing or presses a button, let us know. If not, well, it is just a common error that happens to the most of us every now and then.

 

ic, thts kool, but i was talking about tht error popping screen shot. tht means the client had a error and got crashed atleast thts wht i think proly nothing to do with his connection else it would have disconnected him and not crashed his client with tht error

 

New char? i can't make new char in ely side... got send log alot! just log and send log.
It's impossible to make a new character for me in ely side but dont happen in asmo side...

 

It could be the no-legion error Elyos players are facing, join a legion and see if the problem persists.
Try the same Hizael .... But the staff is aware of the issue, and will address it duly.

 

Seems to work fine on legion...
