Solved Forum Login issue

Hi, sorry i dont know where to ask or post this but i kinda few months back ticked the google authenticator and it was working fine until recently i changed my phone , now i cant seem to log in to my forum account nicolas07072 cause it asks for 2 step verification and i had to reinstall google autnenticator and it asks me to scan a barcode or enter a provided key for my account.
i cant log in to gamez forum cause i need the codes so am stuck, any suggestions?

 

Maybe you can reset account security? i never try it but you can try

First off, I'm sure it's just a small user error however you've provided us with the wrong account username. "nicolas07072" is non existent. The problem is that you've enabled forum account two-step verification which isn't integrated at the moment. I've disabled this for you. As long as you know the password to your proper account, or need a hint of a reminder for your user login initials please send me a direct pm. Hope this helps.
