    Type in-game ".gmlist" (without the quotation) and see who is online.

    Example: <Senior AM> Selfish.

    What you need to do is type /w<space>Selfish<space>Message

    So to whisper me you would type /w Luffin <- When you press space you'll have something looking like this

    And then you just type your message and press enter.
