    Put your 4 digit pin number in that blank bar. If you still don't know, try the security question. You can't verify on your email/reset security settings until you don't finish that.

    It's a 4-digit pin code that you have previously set up for your own account for security reasons. If you have forgotten it, you will have to contact a HGM for further assistance.

    yes i already forgoy my 4 digits pin. can you assist me for this problem because i dont know how to contact hgm thanks and advance reply asap

    Click on any of the HGMs name and select, 'Start a conversation'.
    Also, SAMs (blueish/greenish colour forum tag) are able to assist you as well regarding this matter as well.
