Solved Honorable Conqueror's Mark

It is supposed to be dropped by Offering monster at ingi/gelk but they won't drop. I need them to finish the 1st phase of Marchutan's weapon quest. Any tips/helpful information about it?

I am saddened to say that I, myself, have completed the gear set also (The Quest-line), however the weapon is unattainable at the moment. Why? For one, that stage you are at is broken, where the items do not drop, due to broken drop tables more or less, which would have to be addressed by the Developers of the server, and also, the last part of the quest line, asks you to defeat a monster in either Idgel Dome, Katalam Battlefield or Ironwall battlefront - none of which currently work on Gamez, making it impossible to complete.
