Kinah VANISHED!! GM HELP!!

hey there!

I had nearly 40b (around 39.8b) and I logged out, later I logged in and I had exactly 20b left!! Wtf is this!!

I don't have a to recent SS but I do have one when I traded with somebody and at that time I had 30b+!!

This was my last trade and after it I had 37.5b!! Later I sold some in broker which brought me to 38.5b!!

PLEASE FIX THIS

u can only have 30 billion in each chars account period no putting it in warehouse or any other place and u should never mess with account when server is lagging and fixing to crash

 

Your other thread has already been sent to the senior GMs, please be patient till they can talk to you about it..

 

1. I don't mess with my account
2. I had 39b Kinah in my inventory for almost over a night and relogged several times and was still there.
3. It dissapeared just somehow, while that chick u see there has 50b+ for over 5days.

Hope GM can help, I worked really hard to gain this.

I feel your pain! I have lost everything I have made through selling and doing quests everytime I log in! I have one character, everytime she logs out her kinah in her inventory goes back to 0. My main Character only seems to keep the kinah on her from voting! I can't make kinah, so I can't buy anything or sell anything or even do quests. It's insane! I don't understand this BS, but I guess I'm one of the lucky ones! I went from 1.2 bil over night to 10 mil. Over 2 mil was from selling elders that I spent all day farming! I'm still waiting for Carl to read my PM I sent him. He read my one from the other day and helped me out, but now he isn't responding or reading my PM's to him. I would just start another account but this is my premium account and I spent real life money on that to get it. I don't want to just let this account go! I'm so depressed because I haven't been able to do anything for the past two days due to this except make money and lose it!

 

Yeah it's a pain to farm all that crap, but in your situation I don't get why it keeps dissapearing? o.o
It's maybe ur account or ur router is messed up, or the server just sux ass..

well u know how it feels to lose 1.2b. Now see my situation, I lost 20b. And don't even got a updated SS for it to prove them, only the one from yesterday..

GM pmed me, now just wait till I can reach him Ingame.. that´s prob the hardest part.. =(

 

see.... im not only the one who lost their kinah... he lost 20b and i lost 1.4b...

 

To GM,

i have 7.0B+ Kinah on may character.

i buy a +15 set of templar and i trade it with 1.5B Kinah (actually if you put kinah it will be 999,999,999 so what i did i add again a 500,000,001 to make it 1.5B) then after the transaction i found out that may kinah became 3.5B+ its double the dedaction. at first i thought i miss type the value of kinah on my first trade. then i try again to buy chanter set of 1.5B too then trade it again (same procedure i made with when i buy templar set). again it double the dedaction of my kinah.. totally i was shock...

is this a BUG GM or i was hack or scammed? i hope i can get back my 3B... i still need to buy my weapons huhuhuhu.. help me GM. :crying:
