    Download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Package (x64).
    If you already have it installed or after that you still encounter the same problem, you will have to use the GamezAION.bat in order to run the game. Download the file from here and put it into your Aion folder. Right click on the bat file to create a shortcut, then drag it into your desktop. Run the game by double-clicking the shortcut in your desktop!
