whats new in aion i need to play again but the problem is how to get new Gear

The best for you at the moment is to create new character, new characters starts with Sepcial Elite Ambassdor Divine Set + Accessories and Weapon.
Run Infinity Shard few times to get enough AP then you can purchase Proctor/Arbiter gear from Marchutan priory/Kaisinel academy.
To enchant/temper your gear you will need Omegas/Tempering Solution and a lot of it. How to get Omegas/Tempering Solution:
-Arcade
-Battleground rewards
-Drop from monsters (Linkgate foundry for example)
-Boxes in Iluma (Pvp zone)

This is all you need to know about getting new gear.

 

Getting new gears:
Creating a new character: Special Elite Ambassador Sets, Weapons, Accessories (clean)
Buying in NPC: Proctor Sets and weapons

how good is this set compare to arbiter? i haven't play for 2-3 years I think.

 

They're both good in a way. There are stats that SEA has and arbiter doesn't have. But mostly, Arbiter is the most used sets.

just the advantage of SEAD sets, is that u can enchant them with <Epsilon Enchantment Stone> , which are easier to obtain from killing mobs.
