Solved Contacting Status

    I frequently get a server status of "Contacting". Can someone help me with this :)

    You should try observing your internet connection if it's working fine or not... Maybe that's the problem getting that status of yours... (｡•́︿•̀｡)!?

    I used to get that in the past whenever my internet connection was slower than usual. If it still lets you log in, however, shouldn't be a problem.

    I'm practically using my PC and a laptop, and playing Youtube videos, opening the forum website, so I think my connection is fine, but the server status goes "Contacting" still.

    Like what Ms @Kessie said if you can still connect to the game even your status is "CONTACTING" there's no problem to it...

    have you tried closing and re-opening the launcher? I have this issue before and that's what I did. LOL

    I'm able to play now, but it took me a while before I could Log in. Snowinkle was giving an event when I got DCed :(

    dont blame her lol, its not about her event why you get DC'ed its about to the internet speed/status of yours.. i guess your internet speed/status isn't stable that's why you've getting DC'ed ingame..also to your PC's gear..

    Uhmm, there was nothing on my post that said I blamed Snowinkle's event, so don't assume anything. I was only saying that I got DCed and Snowinkle was giving an event, so I was disappointed on not being able to participate.
