    Hello,

    Judging by the "NCsoft" I'm guessing you've downloaded your game from it. Well, you need to download from our torrent because NCsoft client is not compatible with GamezAion due to client version difference.

    You need to download Data, Bin32, Bin64, L10N from torrent and replace, otherwise it won't work.
