Crash at broker

Hello, i sold items at the broker worth 1.9 billion or more and whenever i try to collect them the game crashes , i press the sold items and it crashes please help me

 

We are already aware of this issue and it's happening to others and not just you. Just avoid selling at the broker while it's bugged.

 

okay but how will i get my money back, i really need it its 2 billion

 

You will have to wait until you are able to get your kinah out without crashing.

I would just like to point something out , I tried selling something on another character in broker and It worked , i think this is cuz I had more than 2 billion sold and more than 5 pages of items , it's only a bug for me and only need to get looked at as the broker is still working no problems

me to have this same problem I use broker end get DC game..........

 

its been a week and no fixing yet, its not the first time and wont be the last time, this server needs good developers.

 

It as been reported problems with Broker, by me and others players, since the last upgrade but it seems nobody know how to fix that or its they just dont care.

 

for sure they dont care, why they should fix it? we dont have even half of the features and everyday we face new bug its been like this since 3years ago, i miss Alente

 

may i ask where's alente? who replace to his position now?

 

he left long ago, no replacement at all, we lost alot good developers thats why gamez is getting worst

 

A week? It hasn't been a week yet.... This thread was posted yesterday. Besides, it takes a lot longer than a week to fix most bugs or errors...

Besides those two facts, there's actually a list of items the devs go through and they assign items a priority. I'm sure this is on their list, but I doubt it's at the top. Your money is still there, in the broker. Just be patient and wait for the devs to get to this bug so that you can get it.

In the meantime, please trade with other players directly or use the broker for small transactions instead of big ones. Mine usually work if they're under 100m...

 

searching will help, its the second or third time this problem shows up, and yup we have this problem more than a week

 

This problem has actually been going on for a long time. Probably been almost a year, but yeah ever since my broker got bugged I don't log on anymore because I feel my kinah is going to get lost anyways. Feel that all the hard work was for nothing so don't want to waste anymore time.
