never login my account after i back 2-3 year it say i m banned

Hello sir/madam
I redownload Gamezaion today after 2-3 years gape I Gamezaion playing
when I open client & try to login my id password its disconnected my from server all time (2-3 tires)
then I login my account in website
its show my all 8 toons there
when I click on my account its say (Your account is currently banned, please check the ban system for more information.)
I don't know why I banned & when
I never play Gamezaion from long time
I m old player from Gamezaion & playing here from Aion 2.0
I never do anythings that's wrong ever in game
then why I get banned sir
please help me to get back my account sir so I restart playing in gamezaion with my favriout account & toons
my gamezaion toons names start from Ninaji always
please unbanned my account or tell me why I banned from game

these r my 8 toons that's I use from Aion 2.0 I left playing here near 3+ years after my father expired
just redownloaded Gamezaion again but hell why I banned
when I left Aion that's time I have VIP & Premium account & ABG gears that's I get from credites form always voteing
whats I get rare in game only from votes or trade then how I banned

hate its say I hacked game how I hacked when I never login my account from long time also why I hack & where is proof of any hacking

 

1. Never share your account login info with anyone especially not on a public forum site.
2. You were banned by an admin directly. You can try contacting the person who issued your ban here on forums, but it is unlikely you could do much about it taking it into consideration how much time has passed.
3. Creating a new account will be the easiest choice in your case. The items that you had back in the time by now have most likely lost their values anyway so it would be better to start with a fresh, new account.

Well if you are banned and can prove the account is yours, you could always ask them to delete the whole account (or character) to let you recycle the name.

 

Actually. Banned accounts remain banned along with whatever character names they had. That's also sort of the consequence of breaking the server rules.
