    Dont open the broker if you dont have kinah. You can only open it without bug ifbyou have kinah in your inventory.

    Hello,

    Trade broker is not working properly. I'm afraid there isn't much we can do to help you since this bug occurs basically for everyone. All I can suggest is to avoid using broker, wait for an update that fixes it and then take your kinah without getting send logged.
