    Is it true Provenance spear cannot fuse to Boundless spear lvl 83 because of the lvl ?

    base on his title "Provenance spear fuse for BL honor" means BL is the MAIN and PROV is the SECONDARY WEAPON.. if he's talking for PROV(main) and BL(secondary) his title must be like this "Provenance spear fuse to BL honor" or "BL honor spear fuse for PROV" :D...

    yes you cant fuse bl to prov because of its level's.... bl's level is way higher than prov so you cant fuse the bl under prov..
