oplay didn't donate. and edi hired oplay. and oplay did not hack. and oplay deserves a second chance for a thing he should not have been banned for anyways

really nobody got banned for multi accounts? you are here from a long time ryang .. and i saw how others people got banned because they used 5 6 accounts ..

 

I believe this should just be closed, could be considered double posting tbh. If a mod/GM closes your thread, it's for a good reason.

 

no, there is no way for them to get caught. only by directly admitting it can they be caught. which is how he was caught. and it was unfair to ban him since it accomplished nothing. doesn't mean its right, i'm just saying his case is unique

its unique because the ban was undeserved. the reason he got banned was due to the possibility of gamez being taken off those lists. But numerous people do this method. And the only way to catch someone is by a direct confession. Oplay was the first to get banned for this, and it was unfair simply because he shoulda gotten a warning. banning him was not beneficial since it did not stop others from proxy voting, and he wasn't an "example" since admins had no way of finding out who did it. Not to mention there was other legion drama going on at the time. His ban was rather useless and unfair. its not like banning a hacker, which is clearly against the rules. banning a hacker also stops the hacker from doing it again (oplay could still vote) and it deters people from hacking. it also takes out one more hacker. doing this for proxy voting has none of these effects.

So in the end, the ban itself was unfair IMHO

he got gm because edi thought he would be a good gm, which he HAS been. not to mention the fact that all the other applicants were much worse. zoda had no influence over the decision
