    I made a purchase today on the site I bought 2x manastones archdaeva precision +10 but I did not receive it in the game
    I bought for my presonagem Siel nick: Kitgame
    The credits were debited from my acc porem the items were not delivered how to solve this?

    Hello,

    you need to be online for at least 5 minutes on the character you chose when buying the item. It will come like mail but a green box instead. Also, make sure that you're online on the right character by checking purchase history.
