Knowledge increase chance + higher rank chance is bugged (from birds, glasses and earrings)​

Bug Description:

I've leveled over 5 accounts from level 1 to 56 multiple times both with T3 birds, T1 birds, no birds and also T4 birds + glasses + earring. The difference on retail is enormous but on this server none of these things make a single bit of difference. Obviously it is RNG but when you are killing as many mobs as I have in the period of time there is very very very little chance of RNG being a factor here.​

Hi, I believe you're the guy that posted about Sausan Knowledge not working correctly right?

To obtain knowledge requires multiple hours of farming to obtain everything, for example I farmed everything at Sausans for around 8 hours before I gained the knowledge of everything. I admit at times I was thinking "Surely I should get it now?" but it seems like I just needed a little more patience.
On retail it can take days of farming to obtain knowledge from something.

This might just be a case of you're getting unlucky.
