How to reproduce/proof:

1.Npc is located at Anti-troll Fortification.
2.While i was moving the textures of city walls/etc were flickering. Go to the Calpheon and see it yourself. My graphic card is in 100 percent shape.

First and foremost, have you modified your client files at all? If you have, that's why you're getting flickering.

I have unlocked this thread so you can respond to it.

By modify I also mean by replacing files.

I didn't modify/replace client files. Only i deleted version.dat to verify all client files but no replacing or modyfing like hacks,etc....

I have 2 more questions for you,
1. What's your graphics card?
2. What settings do you play on? From the screenshots it looks like you play on minimum settings, right?

 

I have GTX 1050 ti.
I play on minimum graphic details and high texture details because when i have max details my ping is high.

 

The problem is because of how BDO renders things in optimization mode / low / medium settings.

This can be rectified by changing your settings to "Slightly High"

This is a client issue and not a server issue.
