Solved COVERT COMMUNIQUES --- NEED HELP

HI GM,

I have a problem with my quest COVERT COMMUNIQUES.. the issue is i accidentally pressed the exit/gate which teleported me back to Ariels Sanctuary instead of talking with viola.. i dont know how to go back inside the prison to talk to viola.. i cant complete my quest..

INSTEAD of DOING THIS:


but i accidentally pressed the gate behind her

CURENT STATUS:

(i also tried to talk with the viola in the ariels sanctuary but wrong npc.. seems like the quest requires me to talk to the viola inside the prison)


P.S. its been a long time since i played GAMEZ AION.. i was surprised and excited with the new changes.. but i was disappointed with the problem(my mistake) i encountered please help me.
