Disconnection when opening Sold items in broker

I have about 1 bil kinah worth of items sold in broker at the moment and every time I go to retrieve it, I get disconnected. Happened to me for a week now. So I am able to play the game fine and do everything normally except, I get disconnected when retrieving my kinah in the sold section in broker. I've looked all over the place in the forums but there isn't anyone who has the same problem so please help. Thank you for your time and hope to hear a solution for my problem. If anyone else has any suggestions please let me know, will greatly appreciate your help.

Hello! Actually, there are several threads posted by players on forums about this issue. The bug is experienced by quite a few players, and it has already been reported to the admins for quite a while. We really wish we could help you, but our hands are tied and by 'our', I mean everyone in Staff except for the owner of this server. No solution to it or advice I could give you, a fix would be needed.

As the issue is server sided, I highly doubt that. The money seems to be "stuck" in the Broker for some reason, probably a bad packet.

The sad but indeed honest fact is, there is no actual solution to it as of yet. There have been several reports regarding this already. Time will tell if there is a solution for it or not.

What about the wyvern candy bug? Is it being remedied as well? I have over a hundred pouches containing the candy but still can't open it.
