    Why this mount cannot be put on account warehouse? Can someone give me some answers?

    It's an itempak issue. Most mounts cannot be placed in account warehouse.

    Hello!

    As what @Muamon said, It can be placed in your account warehouse, it's just an Itempak Issue. Try to download the itempak again.
    Here's a link

    I had a similar problem once, and I just downloaded it again and just replaced everything, though I can't guarantee that it would work on your case.

    Is not about the wrong item.pack. Some items need to be added on the item pack list , this is why. Maybe some1 will update the item.pack soon.

    I didn't say it was about the wrong itempak? I said it was an issue with his itempak.

    But regardless, I just downloaded the itempak again and boom I can transfer items again.

    What muamon means, is that the item.pack needs an update, this is why you cannot transfer this item, and others few.

    Staff does not fix anything. But with the next major update, there should be a new itempak. Hopefully, it will work.
