    There is nothing to be fixed here.You can't vote multiple times using different accounts while using the same IP address.

    yeah i logged in 1st in this computer shop but i cant vote then when my shopmate tried to vote it... He can ..

    Did you consider the time when you last voted?
    Maybe the 12 hour cool-down hasn't elapsed for your account and was made available for your shop mate who's account was available for voting.

    Well if that's the case, there may be others who voted or are constantly voting in your shop that you are not aware of.

    this shop will close in 10:00pm PH time and since now is saturday in PH they go to church cause they are Seventh Days Adventist so this shop will close for half day and they just open 5:00pm now PH time so thats 17 hours if they vote at 10:00 pm ... so why is it that i cant vote ???

    There may be instances that you are not able to vote:
    • Unable to log-in your account in-game for at least 7 days.
    • The IP Address has been used already by another account.
    • If you have been constantly voting and was not able to vote for the next 24 hours, the voting system does not acknowledge your vote and you would have to wait for the next 12 hours. (This one was based on my own experience but it might be different from others.)

    I also suggest, you try and use another browser if you experience the 3rd instance.

    The 3rd instance may apply to you, so I suggest you try the following:
    • Use another browsing tool.
    • Try to vote while you are logged in (this means open a character, don't vote while your in character select)
    • Vote in another device/network/IP Address.

    As what you said, you haven't voted for 3 or 4 days. Being active in-game doesn't do anything. Just try and use the suggestions or read the guide on voting.
