Inactive GM's Black Desert Online

I would like to open this subject up here on forums since we don't have any active gm in-game. There are a lot of questions and concerns from us the players, but unfortunately we being ignored on the discord chat and for the very same reason, in-game with no actual support. My main purpose on making this post is to let you know that we do NEED active gms in-game. We are just in beta phase and server is growing more and more and to make it more enjoyable to us all, we need in-game events and more than all - Support for the new players. Thank you!


i only see navi before and after she helped me she's gone,many says she is busy with real stuff. please support!! we need more gm we need help many thanks to navi for activating my awakening.

Completely agree with this! The lack of communication and support between the player base and the staff is unacceptable and unprofessional. The server is growing everyday and also losing player's at the same time because they encounter problem, need GM assistance(no one is ever available) or they just ran out of thing's to do because as it stands there are many thing's not working properly in-game and that's understandable because were still on beta phase, admin's are still working on fixing up the server. If we had actual active GM's that would be "Allowed" to host event's to entertain the player's a bit, the game become's more exciting and the player's would have something to look forward to upon logging in. But most important thing of having an active GM is show's that the staff care's about their player's and doing their best to support and improve their stay while playing the game.

Yup i think GM's need to be more active with the community, alot of people joining the server will be good if they see that the team behind the server participate too

 

A good idea would be a GM recruitment thread of some description. I'm sure theres plenty of helpful people around here that are more than capable of filling in a GM role

I can confirm that there are currently plans of fixing and working on the relation between players and the staff for sure. I do apologise that there is such an environment at the moment however it will get better I'm sure. Now if you feel that there are any suggestions that are needed to be put forward at all costs, please don't hesitate to drop me a PM or simply tag me in a thread using @Illusions

Are we going to have active in-game GMs?

In addition to what said above, players dont stop complaining about few main quests for example Maewha awakening quest.
There are no blue awakening weapons and we need active GM in order to activate our awakening quest.

As I've mentioned above, yes there are plans to introduce new GMs of course!
For the rest of you, please avoid bumping the thread every few minutes. Actual replies to the thread will bump it automatically and the owner of the thread can choose to bump it once after 24 hours.
