    hi everyone it's me again..
    i got some problem about quest main story.
    this quest is called "a cranky captain and a sweet aide"

    when i checked npc location he is on the top of thower.. and i can't found stair or laddle to go up there...
    so can you teach me how to fly?

    After several headaches of trial and error, I managed to climb it.
    See the roof that had smoke on it? U need to get up there then jump to the other roof where the npc is. That's how I did it:p
