    good noon all stuff of g-aion i having a problem of your item shop last day i buy boundless bow but the item i buy doesn't delivered in n.game can you help me or even refund my creds. i dont have screen shot to prof but pls. try to look in your history log or something pls help.

    Purchase history seems to be having issues with showing all items that we buy. Another option would be to try checking out your other characters in case you accidentally purchased the item on one of them. Stay online with each for 10 minutes or so.
