Solved Problems with the Client

Hello, im new here i just downloaded the client and install it but cant start it it cant find aion.bin, i have 64bit windows 10 i looked in the forum but cant find a realy help so my Question is how i can fix this problem.

You must install the Gamez Launcher in your Aion folder. Is that where you are trying to run it from?

 

yeah of course with GamezAion.exe

 

Not sure you understood her question. What she means is GamezAion.exe does not download the game for you. You need to have the game already downloaded, for example from the Gamez torrent:

Once you have that, you install the launcher you just mentioned inside the game folder to get a desktop shortcut (or just make one yourself from inside the downloaded client). If you install it anywhere else, it won't find aion.bin.

Just to be sure, could you post a screenshot of the contents of your entire GamezAion folder?

Your client is clearly missing files and was downloaded from NCsoft instead of our torrent.
You can get the torrent from here.

It was not downloaded at all The folder contains only files added by the Gamez installer.

 

now i have downloadet the torrent and have the folder you talking about

and now? theres no launcher in the folder only the GamezAion.exe updater.exe etc

Show us a picture of your full Aion folder now. You can download the Gamez Launcher from the homepage and install it in the same GamezAion folder that you've just downloaded.

ok so you mean the GamezAion.exe right? on the website i only find the installer who i downloaded allready

 

Yes, the GamezAion.exe. You only would have had to download the one from the homepage if you hadn't had the Gamez Launcher in your folder.
