    Looks like a location bug. Tried using a teleport? The return skill is available. Can get someone to express mail you some teleport scrolls too.

    Does this happen every time you log in or just today? At first I thought your character was stuck in the air, which often happens when people have a poor internet connection, but it does not seem that way in this case. Return skill, scroll as suggested by @Smartik1 or /escape, relog, client restart, and tell us below if any of them helped or the issue still persists.
