Plume cant be enchanted higher than +14?

    Hi guys, i've seen people having +10 golden plume equiped. So I tot it was possible to enchant a normal plume higher than 14. But as I used more than 200 TS thers no success at all. So isit actually possible to hav normal plume enchanted to +15? o_O"

    Hi!

    It's virtually impossible to create a +15 ordinary plume, as what I've heard.
    However, some say that it's possible if you get a +9 gold plume and turn it to +10
    Though the chances are 0.05% success rate, I think?

    A gold +9 plume can be turned to +10
    Otherwise the basic plume is maximum of lvl 14

    ofc it is...they r rare and most of them r made from the previous +15 normal plume or i dont think some player made it by pure plume

    i saw atleast 5 ppl make +9 to +10 gold plume, its possible but u have small chance ofc

    Can not do, it is impossible to make a plume +15, spend 3500 TS and only +14 was the best result.... But +9 gold plume its good
