    my ranger girianspan gotstuck from 16 march 2017,before,AM say im got hard stuck need server restart for fixed,i know server already restar yesterday...but why my ranger still stuck...???

    I have a guess, can be your mailbox full? I guess this is why is not working even after 3'4 server restarts.

    I guess mailbox is not full, if the mailbox is full as possible for pvp items that I use is separated and sent to the mailbox, because click unstuck on the web ...

    The only way to fix your character,will require total deletion of your mailbox , and only a Hgm/Admin can do it.

    Yes, every thing from your mailbox will be wiped.

    This is an issue that has been happening for a long time, and it is not has to do with the mailbox.
