    i just ended up going to illumia, getting stars. but the damn elyos keeps ganking me. and i cant get arbit gear without killing them and well.. its a lose lose process for me. lol

    i would suggest joining an alliance for IS instance, you can get more than enough AP to buy a set and weap

    as far as i know it is disabled, so you can either keep it and wait for them to enable it or throw it away(i could be wrong, you can ask staff members)
