A question about Noble weapons

Hey all
I have a question, lets say i make [Wise Dragon's Bow] and i wanna make [Wise Dragon King's Bow], i need [Noble Wise Dragon's Bow] to do it, but how do i do it from normal [Wise Dragon's Bow], how do you change it to [Noble Wise Dragon's Bow] or something? :whistling:

 

Craft Wise Dragon bow ( green) if it procs u get noble wise dragon's bow (blue)
then u craft Wise Dragon king's bow(blue recipe) using the noble wise dragon's bow
if that procs you get the gold noble wise dragon kings bow

 

I dont quite understand it, your telling me that if i do Wise Dragon's Bow ill get Noble (blue) one automaticaly? Or do i need some special recipes that are not in Abyss NPC that sells them?

 

What happens is that whenever you begin crafting an item such as Wise Dragon bow, it has a chance to start a craft for Noble Wise Dragon bow, instead of the regular Wise Dragon bow. You need that Proc in order to make a Wise Dragon King Bow. Note that Wise Dragon King Bow also has a chance to begin a craft for Noble Wise Dragon king Bow. So pretty much you have to keep crafting Wise Dragon Bow until you are lucky enough to have your Crafting start crafting a Noble Wise Dragon bow

Note, That even if you get the proc for Noble, You still have a chance to fail at making it.
