    Hi I have an asmo character in Lumiel, I would like to delete them all to make elyos but I can't, I already relog serveral times still like that in the picture.

    Maybe the character you are trying to delete has a legion.

    I mean it won't be like that if your char has legion. You won't be able to process deleting a char if it still has a legion.

    It's a known issue to be fixed tho.

    As far i remember, on Lumiel It takes about 6/8 hours to delete the character. IF you want to make it faster, transfer the both chars to Siel, and delete them there.

    It takes about 8 hours to delete a character on Lumiel so you will have to wait until it's over.
