Transfer

When i try to transfer char form lumiel to siel it says i have registered items in broker, but i dont see anything in broker...

 

almost one hour ill wait to transper my acount but still at lumiel...i done all the requirements but cant transper

 

now i have the same with other char, everything i s ok but its still on lumiel....

There are quite a few of you having this issue with transferring to Siel. Try creating a new toon with your items and check if you still get the same error message. Meanwhile, I am going to forward this problem to the admins and update you in this thread. Sorry about any inconvenience!

 

I dont have to try i know that way and it works. I want to transfer my old chars, cuz i have pets, titles on them. I hope it will work until 3rd of June,

I have received your failed transfers and I have refunded your accounts so far. Try again if possible.

Do you follow the guide? I mean, do you close your game, before the transfer? I did that few times, np at all, just do not open your game to check if is done, check on the web.

 

did a transfer last night.. took around less than a minute.

 

I have the same problem of 1 year ago I pay 1500 credits, I left (You currently have an active transfer of the player) delete the pj to see if it was fixed but this equal

I did everything like in the guide, and if i do it with old char it wont transfer. With new char i can transfer any time. The problem now is not my items, my chars that have titles, pets etc which will be deleted after the shutdown if i cant transfer. And i always exit game before transfer.

 

now i have the same problem.. @Segref do you already have dual race on siel? if yes i think that's what causing the problem.

 

No i dont have dual race account.
