    Hi. Just like what the above people mentioned, the quest has been disabled a long time ago. However, we can suggest it to @Puddles to maybe add it to the weekly special shop list.

    There is no harp for this version of weapon since the quest has been disabled ages ago back then in 2.7 when songweaver wasn't even in plan. There is no chance to 'revive' the quest.
    Like @Fendi said, we can suggest but keep in mind 5.3 is approaching us and weekly special has to be updated according to the current game version.
