Client Issue no game server available

since the new update cant pass server selection

Ping reducer, anti-virus, try turning them off if you have any.

is your client 5.3 sure?

 

i did not turn off my antivirus what i had done i click the new Gamez launcher and updated it then i restart my computer and finally its working

yeah is 5.3.0.19 already it ok now need only to update the Gamez Launcher and restart Pc then yeah finally its ok now

atleast u got urs to work I been trying since 8AM this morning its now nearly 6pm

There is an OS detection inside the launcher so it runs the appropriate one. To be more exact:

thx for info, i donno what do to anymore, antivirus off, reducer off, restarting pc, router, . . . . still stops at the same spot

 

I have a bad feeling Check your bin32 and bin64 folders. Do you have d3d8thk.dll in there? If you do, delete it and try again.

 

nop i dont have, only new thing is version.dll downloaded by launcher, nothing else there, any specific dll should be there?

 

checked all things everyone has been suggested, reinstall GA client file, checked for that DLL, no AV, no UAC, no smartscreen, client is up to date, 5.3.0.18 (torrent) with item.pak installed, and i keep getting "no authorization server" then i relog again, "you are disconnected" ...... so yeah, cant get in, even the BAT files 32 bit AND 64 bit.... nothing is working.
