    Yea um, linking a static image with no text whatsoever is not very helpful. Could you give us a description of the problem? Is the updater stuck? If it is, generally it would mean your folder is read only and the updated files can't save into it.

    hi Girl first run your AIOn from existing BAT. file then after that Close your Aion game because if you log on you will find the msg (no server found) exit the game and RUN the latest GAMEZAION Launcher and 100% will update your game and restart your PC after that run the GAMEZAION LAUNCHER and will for for sure same what i had done on my Aion i had same case while ago but already solve do the same i hope will work to you too
