i need help

I want to remove the appearance of my items i did go to sanc appearance modifier and it says that i must use the appearance/remove appearance in system but when i removed it replaced with enchantment stone and my bl cloth armor+20 full ms+10 was destroyed HAM/SAM/GM what's happening ? is this really happening to gamezaion ? i need a refund of it .

Ok, so i tested myself, and there is no way to lose your BL item on the Remove Appearance . The only way to lose your BL item is on this, so please pay attention when you are using those enchant/modify tools.

 

i did remove the remove of my item also the first one and there's Option to choose "Yes" or "No" maybe and then i click the yes and it success and the 2nd item was replaced of enchantment stones the same thing i did in the first one .

 

Does it let you keep enchanting even at +20?

 

This is not for enchanting, is for extraction, to make enchant stones from the items.

 

That's why in my guide, I mentioned to read what each tab does and what you can do. Like, I said the patch just came out and we are still in the process of testing everything to make sure each of those tabs in the modification window works. But it can't happen right away. So, it's really important that you pay close attention to what you are doing to prevent this kind of issue.
