    PLEASE HELP ME GMs I MAILED ITEMS THRU REGULAR MAIL AND THE RECEIVER DIDNT RECEIVE THEM PLEASE HELP ME (NOTE THESE ARE BL ITEMS)

    Yes we are already on the process of fixing the issue. I was just wondering if this case happened before and was it solved?

    did u make sure the spell of your name of your char, before you send the email ?

    It happened multiple times and in most of the cases it was solved.
    Your items can be tracked. I guess you made a mistake and mailed the items to the wrong character.

    I doubt. I tried sending a mail to Reveal (replacing the l with a capital i) and it didnt send. Thus, sending a mail to a non existing/incorrect player is not the case.

    Yup 101% sure

    liz told me that yes the item can be tracked, but the consumables and enchantment and remo in the item isnt trackable.

    In any case items can be tracked, there is no reason to worry about it.

    -Avoid double posting, next time edit your message if you wish to add something.

    Careful by sending an items through mailbox and check it again before sending specially valuable items dude!
