    First of all I see this in market place someone trading this how real is this in game can be tempered up to +20

    It is real and possible, tested and confirmed.
    All you need is around 1k TS and a lot of time to enchant blue plume all the way to +20 and then purify into gold one.

    why me sir/maam i had +15 plume already and i enchant more than 1k and still +18 :3

    One question is it really hard to make it to +20? Or just need patience in order to ups the plume to +20

    Like I said you need time. Just to get past +14 might take forever :p
