Cannot transfer Elyos

I tried 3x to transfer my elyos character from Lumiel to Siel but it is still there when i open gamez again.When I make a request, It says, 'your character transfer is in process and will finish in 5-10 minuets.

 

Send a pm to Lisveth and she will reset your transfer for you.

Then you need to make sure of the following before trying again

• All items removed from warehouse and account warehouse
• All items removed from pet storage
• No mail items
• No broker items
• Only three cubes full (81/153)

If your character is an older one it likely has more data associated with it so you may need to reduce the amount of items in your inventory further. Also check your special cube for items you could possibly transfer on a second character if necessary. I had to use 5 characters to transfer all of my main character's items

Finally remember to check progress on the website and not by logging into the game. Good luck!
