    Right click on GamezAION folder -> Properties -> uncheck 'Read-only' -> Apply -> Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files -> OK
    If it still doesn't work then download one of the following .bat files, depends on your system (Right click on your PC icon to check if it is 64bit or 32bit):
    Download 32bit
    Download 64bit
