Question from returning player

Returning from 4.7-4.8,now back to here,many things are new to me,a fews question to ask,anyone please help me solve my question,thanks
1.blue dragon alike weapon,wherei can get it?
2.nether weapon?the one with orange dragon moving on weapon,how to get it?
3,manastone,power knowledge,agility?new type and how to get it?
4,skill,i saw trailer about transform,i already reached 75 but didnt find any skill in list,how to get it?
5,any tips on enchant accessories?i mean i saw so many ppl with +20 accessories but when is failed at enchant will drop to 0,how come?

 

You can get them from forum events, special events and Weekly Special Shop.

You can get them from the Upgrade Arcade and from the Weekly Special Shop, also, buying from players with kinah, is pretty cheap.

You can get them from the Linkgate Foundry Noble Ancient Manastone Bundles, you can get these bundles from the instance Linkgate Foundry located in Levinshor, from events in game and from the rifts in game (if im not mistaken, the mixfight and FFA rifts give these boxes based on ranking of activity)

After completing your archdaeva quests and becoming an Archdaeva, will unlock the window for the Allocate Essence(pressing Shift + U, or can find navigating on the Menu), and clicking on the tab Transformation

Accessories +20 only if you was dreaming about another MMORPG, but here, on AION, the maximum level of the accessories such as Earrings, Necklaces, etc.. is only +10!
Anyways, i'm used to Temper the accessories in a empty place, always worked well for me.
