Solved I can't transfer my character (not old)

Hello everyone,as the title says it's not a old character ca'z my account has been created on November 20th 2016,i already transfered 3 of my characters and when i come to transfer my main character it keeps saying you currently have an active player transfer.I know that i have to wait around 5-10 minutes it's been over 8 hours same message i'v checked my other characters all of them transfered with no problem,What can i do ?Also will the server be deleted and the players that got they'r chracter stuck on lumiel will be whiped out or they are going to stall the deletion of the server until they fix this problem ?

 

I just did and it doesn't help,it keeps saying the same message whenever i click transfer

 

Send a PM to @lisveth with one of your chars from lumiel, so she can check and cancel your current transfer.

 

i did that,i'm preatty sure she canceled my transfer that's why i'v tryed again about 6 hours ago but when i tryed again same problem

 

Also, I suggest that once you activate a transfer, check the web if done, and do not open the game to check. However, if it is still the error that you already have an active transfer, it means that your character is blocked again and a HGM is needed.

 

i didn't do that after i got a second chance to try again for my character transfer i went to sleep when i wake up to check the website well it sayd on lumiel i checked the game same deal there,my curiosity i'v tried to check if other characters actually are able to transfer to siel whenever i press transfer same message appears.idk
