    the name change you probably have from your trade is the same name change you can get when you transfer a character from Lumiel to Siel, since Lumiel no longer exist the items from those who abuse the privilege of having it is gone.

    Unfortunately yes, as Lumiel is now closed, all remaining tickets have been removed.

    There has been enough time to change name if you were a genuine Lumiel player.
