Problem with the Server transfer

I was able to transfer 4 characters, but 3 characters is not transferring. It says "You currently have an active player transfer." It's already the second day trying to transfer

 

@lisveth needs to reset your transfer.
Make sure to transfer character with 3 cubes (Default + Cube 1 + Cube 2). If you have items on your pet bags, remove everything then try again.

 

Already been reset. Give it another try and if it doesn't work we will do the same till the transfer is complete.

Yes, it has to work.
Keep trying until you success and if you get 'You currently have an active player transfer' @lisveth will reset it for you.

 

I'm trying every day in all the ways

 

Now it saying "Sorry! we're currently working on making the transfer service better, check back later!", when I try to change the server.

 

Same here, got the same message coming over

 

They could be working on a fix for a lot of characters that can't be xfered over for random fail reasons, I still have 3 on Lumiel

Well it's either that or lose all my precious items that I've gathered over the years >.>

I'm still unable to transfer my character.

 

Now i just log my account in the website and i didnt see my Lumiel characters. Were they deleted?

I was asking for help 1 month ago.

 

I played here for a long time and I had unimaginable numbers of event items and pvp items, like woc2, lvl60 pvp sets and unique skins but I stopped playing around 3 years ago. I was happy to be able to play here again but I saw that this was all in vain.
