You could download ping reducers like WTFast , Battleping and many other options on the internet. You could test to see what works best for you. :) You could also try to lower your settings.

I thought, I read he was also having freezing in game. It's what happens when you're half asleep and trying to answer questions, while on Netflix.

General rule is if it is free, it won't be very good. Either there is a limitation or it is used by so many people you lose the benefit of the reducer/vpn anyway due to slow speeds.
Just google ping reducer or gaming VPN. You will get several top lists you can go through. Alternatively you could just pay for the one you like. In any case, there is only so much you can do when you play in some countries, like when there is only one underwater cable connecting you to the mainland. All connections will take that one anyway.

From what I recall, Chicago used to be the closest for ping reducers, but that doesn't necessarily mean it will get you the lowest ping. Depending on your global direction you might want to pick something else in the path. The server itself is in Lansing, Michigan (by the login server IP anyway, but it does sound familiar).

    Example:
When I picked Chicago on a ping reducer back in the day, it was way too unstable due to everybody using it. Many game servers were in the area so the connection had unreliable spikes. I had about 150-450 ping going all over the place.
When I picked East Coast (playing from Europe so it was still along the route), I had about 175-225. I picked that because even though the minimum was higher, the average was lower and overall a lot more stable.

Meaning to say the less people are using it the more reliable and stable even though the minimum is higher. The more stable the better. That's what i'm looking for. Bp by far has given me that stability 225ms stable even in pvp and it was in free mode. maybe it'll get more stable and faster if i get the full version of it. Perhaps i should buy me a Bp and lets see what happens.

Well generally VPN works like a tunnel. It tries to create a more direct path with fewer switches along the way, therefore reducing the distance your connection takes. The minimum is higher because the tunnel ends sooner (for me east coast instead of mid US). Think if it as exiting the highway too early to finish your journey on village roads :) It is more stable because it is less overcrowded (village roads beat a stuck highway).

Either way there is always going to be a limit as to how low your ping can get. Nothing will reduce your geographical distance to the server more than a straight line between you and the target location. Some ping reducers have dedicated servers for their paying members, others use the same ones while prioritizing member traffic. Overall you can subscribe for 1 month and see what happens. These things are very personalized, so the experience of one user is not necessarily the same as that of another. Always depends on where you live and your ISP.
