launcher crash

    start exe type in pass word click start and
    Error
    cant find MSVCR110.dll please re-install this application

    This is related to missing Visual C++ redistributable. Is your OS 32 or 64bit?

    Grab both vc_redist.x64.exe and vc_redist.x86.exe
    Apparently BlackDesert uses the 2015 one. Steam has it pre-downloaded in the installation folder too:

    The redistributables are not cumulative across versions. That's why they create such a mess in add/remove programs:

    The redistributable that @DivineEpiphany linked was for version 2012. I don't see that one on your list.
